How to access a virtual class you signed up for at Inner Strength

  1. An email will be sent to the email address on your Mindbody account within 30 minutes of the class start time. If you sign up within the 30 minute window, the email will be sent as soon as you sign up.

  2. Click on the link in the email

  3. Sign into your Inner Strength Mindbody Account

  4. Go to the top of the screen and make sure your mic is muted and camera is off if you don’t want others to see you.

  5. Click on Join

Virtual Classes only show up on the Website they will not appear in the Mindbody App. You will need to use the Inner Strength Website to sign up for virtual classes.
