Bri
Bri has had a love for cycling and been an instructor longer than iPads have existed. You will leave her class feeling uplifted, powerful, and accomplished as she encourages you to sweat, smile, and sprint to the finish line. When she’s not in the studio, you will find her hanging out with her dogs and bunnies, reading a book, or hanging out at the beach.
Kelly
I was a competitive cheerleader for 16 years. Once cheerleading was over, I started coming to Inner Strength to stay in shape.
By October 2015, I decided to become a RIPPED instructor because I always had a blast taking the class and wanted to share my love of Ripped with everyone around me. By the new year I was teaching at Inner Strength and eventually took on a Cardio Kickboxing class as well. Becoming a fitness instructor was the best decision for me because I love making people happy and entertaining people. Being a fitness instructor allows me to do both and stay in shape at the same time! I love my Inner Strength family!!
Amber
Maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle has been something that I learned from a young age. Like most, that all went away when I went to college. After college, my weight gain wasn’t the only thing getting me down. My anxiety was through the roof! I knew I had to change my lifestyle so back to the gym I went. To keep from getting bored with my workouts, I started to take group fitness classes and I was hooked! Seeing my weight and anxiety decrease was enough to make me change my lifestyle for the better. Group fitness has seen me through 3 healthy pregnancies, helped me “bounce back” after all of them, given me the “me time” I crave as a mother of 3 young children, mental clarity, and a drive to be my best. As an instructor, I’m excited to share my passion for fitness and I hope to help everyone who takes my class become the best version of themselves!
Stacy
Stacy has been a group fitness instructor since 2011. She has been with Inner Strength since our doors opened in 2014. Starting as a Zumba instructor, Stacy taught at several different gyms before choosing to teach exclusively at inner strength.
In 2016, she became one of the first STRONG instructors in the Lehigh Valley ( an hour long HIIT class that uses music to drive your moves). With her combined passion for music, dance, and fitness, you are sure to leave her classes feeling accomplished and energized.
Join her every Monday for ZUMBA 6:30, Wednesdays STRONG 5:30, and Fridays STRONG 8:30 AM for high energy,calorie-burning FUN!
Outside of fitness, Stacy works as a registered dental hygienist at both a family and pediatric practice.
Kori
I've always been motivated to maintain a healthier lifestyle, however, I don't feel that my fitness journey truly began until I was introduced to Inner Strength Fitness Studio. After having my two sons in 2013 and 2014, I was struggling to find that drive that I used to have. I took my first class at ISFS in April of 2015- boot camp. I enjoyed the class format so much, I had to come back the very next day to try R.I.P.P.E.D.- I was HOOKED! An hour of the day that I could focus on myself. It was exactly what I needed! Shortly after, I started to notice the results- the ultimate motivator! After a few months, Wendy asked me if I had ever considered becoming an instructor. A position I would have never considered for myself before. I decided to go for it. Being able to provide the motivation and drive to others that has been given to me was an opportunity I could not turn down. I obtained my group instructor certification and in June 2016, I taught my first Pure Strength class. Inner Strength Fitness Studio has ignited a passion in me that I never knew existed before. A passion for fitness, a passion for motivating others and a passion for living a healthy and positive lifestyle. My journey has just started and I couldn't be more excited to learn and grow as an instructor at ISFS.
Kara
My fitness journey began about 5 years ago. I was overweight most of my life. I dieted and exercised on and off, running (2) half marathons, and 1 duathlon, but never really committed to a healthy lifestyle. In 2019 at 47 years old, I was told by my physician that I needed to lose weight. I was considered morbidly obese and facing so many health risks. That was my wake-up call. It was time to get fit and healthy for life, not just for an upcoming event.
I had lost 60lbs when I went to my first indoor cycling class. I loved it so much that I started taking 2-3 classes per week. Not long after, we were in a pandemic, and gyms closed. I downloaded an app and began indoor cycling classes at home, along with strength training, yoga, and Barre. While it seemed everyone was baking, eating and online shopping, I increased my strength and endurance and became a Level I Certified Spinning Instructor. I was never athletic or great at sports. I couldn’t catch or throw a ball. I couldn’t do one push-up or sit-up. Nor could I walk up a flight of stairs without being out of breath. I want to inspire those who think they can’t change their lives through fitness. Anyone can with consistency and determination.
There’s no greater feeling than feeling great. Movement is medicine. Music is medicine. Combined, they can change your life. That first indoor cycling class changed the trajectory of mine. On the bike: I love mixing up my classes with sprints, HIITs/hills/climbs, jumps, isolations and I always include some dance moves. My motto: “Dance like nobody's watching”. What are we listening to: Music from any decade that will make you want to get up on the dance floor and as I always reiterate, almost every song has a remix.
Off the Bike: I’m a married fur mom of 2 dogs, 1 cat and 1 retired horse. You could say I swapped one saddle for another. And I will tell you, indoor cycling is much safer.

Debbie
I have been teaching Indoor Cycling for 16 years, and I am addicted!! Spinning energizes me and gives me the strength and endurance to stay healthy and fit. When you’re in my class, you’ll find that I offer realistic goals and super motivating classes where all types of riders are challenged. Come prepared for high-intensity interval training, awesome music and LOTS of sweat!
Off the bike, I own my own small business accounting firm and work at home part-time. My other passion is scuba diving which I’ve been doing for about 10 years. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband Mike for 27 years and we have two sons, Nick and Michael Jr. who are both graduates of Temple University.
Chelsea
I have always been very active, grew up dancing and playing soccer. I stuck with dance through my college career on the school’s dance team and even got to be captain my Junior and Senior year. I’ve been a member at inner strength for about 7 years now and I could not be happier that I started that journey and stuck with it. Inner strength has allowed me to continue with my passion for movement and also has given me a second family I never knew I needed. So when Shanen asked if I wanted to teach, it was a no brainer! I am thrilled to start this next journey and to grow even more with this incredible community of hard working individuals.
Kaley
Kaley brings her 15 years of competitive dance experience, her love of sports, and her certification as an athletic trainer for Lehigh Valley Health Network and Coordinated Health to Inner Strength. She recently stepped away from her full time role in sports medicine to spend more time at home with her 2 young daughters.
Kaley was a client at Inner Strength for several years discovering her passion for yoga which she is excited to share. She is also eager to bring her extensive sports medicine knowledge into strength-training, cardio and cycling classes.
Maria
From the time I was a child, I was always active. I played softball collegiately and afterwards, wanted to continue on my fitness journey and help others to do the same. After college, I fell in love with trying new ways to train. I wanted to share that passion with others. While working as a sports reporter, I was able to also train as a certified spin instructor in Jan 2023. I haven’t stopped since and I cannot wait to share the excitement of exercise and spin with all who take my classes.
Holly
I came to fitness in my late 30s. When I tipped the scales at 205lbs – I knew I had to make a drastic change. By 45, I had run my first half marathon, completed my first Savage race (extreme obstacle course race); became a Spin instructor and a substitute instructor for Tabata and Boot Camps. I am lucky enough to marry my 2 passions in life: travel and fitness by; cycling through Croatia, horse-back riding in Madagascar, riding horses with the gauchos in Argentina, full-day walking safaris in the jungles of Borneo looking for orangutans and my most challenging adventure: 6-hr hiking trek to Tiger’s Nest Monastery in Bhutan in the Himalayas, ascending from 7,000 ft above sea-level to 10,300 ft.
