Donna lives in Bethlehem township with her 3 best friends. My husband, and 2 dogs. I'm a hairstylist at Out Looks for Hair for over 26 years.Finding a passion for yoga, I received my 200 hour -in-depth teacher training and have been teaching since 2013. I teach Hatha yoga, vinyasa flow and a workshoppe type practice. My class is a mixed level with modifications so everyone feels a sense of accomplishment and a yearning for more. NAMASTE🐶🐶🙏
Natalie
Natalie is a registered Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master and has been practicing yoga for over 12 years. Through the ancient teachings of yoga, Natalie has found a path to wellness and has passionately been sharing it with others around the Lehigh Valley since 2016. Natalie's teaching style encourages students to find joy on the mat, through creative vinyasa flows and a playful spirit.
Patti Briggs
Patti has been teaching group fitness since 1980. She started at a women's only fitness center called "Lady Lovely" in Carson City. She believed that exercise was a key factor in one's overall health.
She obtained her first certification through the Aerobics Academy in 1982. Her passion grew into helping others and she started personal training in 1987. Patti trains a wide spectrum of clients.
From elite athletes to those with serious health issues, she provides a well rounded fitness program to each of them. She loves the outdoors and strives to offer programs that include activities people enjoy.
Her group fitness class experience includes, yoga, pilates, kickboxing, circuit, sculpting, step, aerobics, and core classes. If you are looking for a well rounded, experienced trainer, that brings fun into working out Patti will help you reach the goals that you have set for yourself!!

Kelly Varju
I am a Physical Education and Health teacher in the Bethlehem Area School District and have been practicing yoga for over 16 years. In 2016, I decided to take my yoga practice further by completing a yoga teacher certification program at Lehigh Valley Yoga. I am certified in Ahstanga yoga, which is an athletic style of yoga that connects your breath to the asana. My personal practice has evolved and lead me in the direction of a power vinyasa flow practice. I have since implemented my love for this style of yoga into my yoga classes.
My fitness journey started with daily cardio exercise before being introduced to yoga. Since then, I slowly eliminated my daily runs, and I have commited to my yoga practice as my primary form of exercise that has built more strength, increased my energy levels throughout the day, and left me feeling much better overall. I am excited to share my passion for yoga with the Inner Strength Family.
