Try out the new season of the strength training class Pure Strength. Pure Strength increases endurance and strength through the whole body with simple choreography to heart thumping music that will keep you motivated the entire class. Barbells or dumbbells can be used and modifications will be shown giving all participants the chance to improve functional strength and endurance.
