After a long week, indulge in self-care by joining Susan for a restful restorative yoga practice. Restorative yoga promotes relaxation through passive postures in which the body is supported by props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Restorative yoga is a gentle practice and is appropriate for all experience levels. Reiki will be offered as well as tuning forks to enhance the experience.

What to bring: Blankets, pillows, bolsters, blocks, or something similar you use to comfortably support your body while sitting and laying down. Props are available in-studio for those attending in person.
